  • What are YourLabRetriever’s fees?

    YourLabRetriever comes to your home or office, draws your blood and delivers your samples to the lab as directed by your

    insurance or physician.  For this service our fees start at $99.


    The fees to test your samples are charged separately by your laboratory (LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics).  Contact your lab or

    your insurance company for testing costs.

  • Are LabRetriever’s fees covered by insurance?

    LabRetriever's services are typically not covered by insurance.

    However, based on your medical circumstances, you may discuss this

    with your insurance company and provide them a receipt for reimbursement.

  • Can I book a late evening or weekend appointment?

    Since most of our specimens are delivered to LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics, we typically work around their hours. Most of their draw

    site locations operate from 7a- 3p M-F. Therefore we typically do not draw samples in the late afternoon or weekends. However, with

    advanced notice arrangements can be made for special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please call and speak to one of our Patient Care Coordinators 855-227-3159.

  • What is your cancelation policy?

    Appointments that require rescheduled or canceled 24 hours prior to the original appointment time will be fully refunded.

    Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hour from the original appointment time are non-refundable.

  • How do I get test results?

    Lab results will be provided to the ordering physician, or you the patient, directly by the testing lab, for example LabCorp or Quest

    Diagnostics. LabRetreiver does not have access to your results. Generally these results are available within 3-5 days.

  • What if I do not have a lab order?

    Laboratories require specimens be submitted with an order. The easiest way to obtain your order is to contact the ordering physician’s office and have them send it to you. Then you can the email, text or fax it to us. We can contact, your physician on your behalf, however they doctors’ offices are usually more responsive to their patient’s request that a separate entity. However, you can also ask them to send email or fax it directly to us.

  • Is fasting required?

    One reason we need a your lab order is to review the specific test requirements. Should your labs need fasting, the technician that

    will contact you prior to the draw will let you know if the physician or test parameters require fasting.

  • Do you draw pediatric patients?

    Yes can draw pediatric patients but it may require advance notice.

    We accept all major credit cards. Cash and checks are accepted in most cases.
